How to enroll in Brightspire Virtual School

Students can transfer to Brightspire Virtual School at any point in the school year. Follow these steps to submit an appliction and enroll.

Submit your application

The application will take about 10-20 minutes to complete. You'll need:

  • a copy of your student's birth certificate
  • a parent/legal guardians's ID (driver's license, passport, state photo ID)

If coming from traditional school:

  • Student's recent report card or progress report
  • Student's official transcript
  • Student's IEP (If relevant)

If coming from homeschool:

  • Report of student's completed work (For Time4Learning, go to Lesson Planning & Reports> Generate Report in the Parent Portal.)

Pay your enrollment fee

Once you submit an application, a $150 application fee is due.

Upon submission of the application fee, an enrollment specialist will reach out within 2 business days to discuss which credits will transfer for your student and help your student plan a recommended course schedule.

Pick your start date and pay your tuition

Once you've met with an enrollment specialist and aligned on a start date, it's time to pay your tuition.

We offer 3, 6 and 12 month payment plans through ShopPay.

Our full-time enrollment offers up to 6 courses. You have the option of enrolling your student for a year or a semester. Annual enrollment is $4300 and semester enrollment is $2350.

Our part-time enrollment allows students to take a year-long course or a semester-long course. A single course for one year is $930 and a single course for one semester is $465.
