With the homeschooling community in New Mexico growing each year, the Christian Association of Parent Educators (CAPE) is there to offer guidance, encouragement, and answers to all kinds of homeschooling questions.
Whether you’re just considering homeschooling, looking for resources for a student starting high school, or anything in between, this New Mexico homeschool association can help you find whatever it is you’re looking for.
Christian Association of Parent Educators (CAPE-NM)
Established in 1996 by a group of homeschooling families, CAPE is a statewide, non-profit organization whose focus is to not only support homeschoolers in the state, but also protect their rights by keeping them informed and encouraging them on their homeschooling journey.
This New Mexico Homeschool Association holds special events throughout the year for members like retreats, graduation ceremonies, and more. CAPE also hosts a homeschool convention each year in Albuquerque, NM that features curriculum vendors, speakers, workshops, and more.
Being a member of CAPE gives families access to tons of support, resources, discounts, and more. Families can register online or by mail. Please note there is an annual membership fee associated with joining CAPE.
