Parent and Child Friendly
Getting her into the system first was very easy, both enrolling her and actually logging her in to use it. It’s a very simple approach where even a four year old who has some base level of familiarity with a computer can use.
At her first login she was hooked, delighted in the system and excited to play the games. She has a level of excitement that is truly delightful to see over getting to work on her “homework.” I love it that as a parent/educator I can see what she’s been working on in a report card format that allows me to assess where we need to work further on what she’s been spending time with.
Long before the email came out offering this opportunity, I had heard good things about this system. The system is parent and child friendly, with a wonderful getting started guide for the parents, a forum that has many parents to network with, hints when kids are stuck, support via email and telephone – it’s a comprehensive system that I am so very comfortable as our curriculum for our daughter as she sticks her feet into homeschooling.
For those of you who have followed me on my journey to find the right curriculum for my little wunderkind – I definitely can say that we’ve been happy with this one for the month we’ve been using it and we will be continuing with it come fall.
Don’t just take my word for it – go to their site and check it out for yourself. I highly recommend it.
