During the interview, Edelson provided insight on how to help students stay ahead of the curve over the summer. Spoon mentions the rise of homeschooling and how homeschoolers now make up about 5 percent of Louisiana’s population. Edelson ended the conversation by sharing a few reasons behind the rise in homeschooling and tips for parents considering making the switch to homeschooling.
