"Trying to login from an unknown source"

“Trying to Login from an Unknown Source” means that
your
privacy settings
need to be adjusted.

First, you must stow your Time4Learning window by clicking on the minus sign in the top right hand corner.

Then, look at the icons in the bottom right hand corner of your computer screen to find your security software, most likely Norton Internet Security which looks like this:
- Double click on the Norton icon to open Norton.
- Select Privacy Settings.
- Click On/Off

Or, you could disable Norton while you login. To do so, right click on the Norton icon in the bottom corner and select: “disable for five minutes”.

Longer term, follow the instructions found under Trouble Getting Started on the Member Login Page to tell Norton to trust our site and allow us to set session cookies.
